Welcome to Safety Express. By placing an order with Safety Express you are accepting the terms and conditions stated below.
In these terms and conditions:
- 'We' means the partnership - Safety Express,
- 'Working days' means every day apart from weekends and UK public holidays,
- 'Us' means Safety Express and you the purchaser,
- 'You' or 'your' means the person using this website under these terms and conditions.
Your Details
When you register on the Safety Express website you must supply us with a contact email address and password. It is your responsibility to keep these details safe and secure and is not recommended to disclose your account password to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
You can update your password or contact details via logging into your account on the website.

Ordering
By submitting an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract.
Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled at any time prior to it being dispatched by contacting us via the refunds and exchanges page.
Purchases
Safety Express must receive payment in full for any item(s) purchased through the website.
Safety Express are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered before the contract is made we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Safety Express only currently takes orders from customers in the UK.
All prices are displayed in GB pounds sterling.
Safety Express accepts all major UK debit and credit cards.
Delivery
There is a flat rate shippinh fee for all orders. Free delivery maybe offered from time to time as part of promotional offers.
Safety Express aims to deliver your purchase to you within 2 working days for UK addresses (most items dispatched same day for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm). If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date or to arrange a refund or exchange.
Safety Express is not responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase because the are damaged you can return items Safety Express. Returned goods must be sent via Royal Mail special delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item which is faulty please contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Please note images of products may not represent their actual size. Dimensions are given where possible to indicate sizes.
We own the copyright to all the contents of this website including images. You must not copy or reproduce any part of this website without permission from us.
